You can delete your Neighray account and its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Neighray and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.
Without the app
If you can't open the app, email kashan.a.heera@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account, email, PIN and birth year.
- Your handle, profile and handle history.
- Your location.
- Your direct messages, Market chats and room votes.
- Your Market listings and saved listings, your reviews and your Feed votes.
- Your verification details: name, selfie and phone confirmation.
- Your blocks and push notification tokens.
- Any business you own, with its products.
- All the photos you uploaded: selfie, listing photos, review photos, business photos and room photos.
What is kept
- Reports: copies of content that was reported (including the reported handle) stay, so our team can still act on abuse.
- Orders stay in the business's records, but your name, phone, email, address and location are removed from them.
- Rooms you created stay until they close, without your name on them. Messages you posted in rooms are deleted.
- Crash reports stay at Google Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. They aren't linked to your name.
Accounts that aren't used for 60 days are deleted automatically, in the same way.
