Child Safety Standards

Last updated 9 October 2026

Neighray has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards. It applies to everything on Neighray: profiles, rooms, direct messages, the Feed, the Market, business profiles and reviews.

How to report

What we do

When we find or are told about CSAE or CSAM, we:

  1. remove the content and permanently ban the account and any linked accounts;
  2. keep the evidence securely, as needed to report it;
  3. report it to the authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) in Pakistan, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where it applies;
  4. cooperate with law-enforcement requests made under the law.
